It's made from cauliflower, almond meal, chia seeds, flaxseed and some other healthy thingssss. I can't believe it worked. I woke up and wanted eggs for breakfast and was craving a nutritious toast and thought - why not make a healthy cauliflower loaf? That's how most of my recipes come about lol. Ps: it's #glutenfree and #grainfree

MY EXERCISE PHILOSOPHY πŸ’›

These days I exercise less - but smarter & with kindness. I used to exercise to punish my body, not to love it. Now I move my body 30 minutes a day - and its always something I love doing. I also enjoy 1-2 rest/slow days - with zero guilt. Rest is healthy. Intense exercise does not work for my body - it took me a few years to accept this πŸ™ Everyone is different. I do a mix of yoga, walking and HIIT workouts.
Tens of thousands of people are doing my 8 week program with me and noticing staggering results with this balanced approach ✨

Earlier today I made the JSHealth almond butter and protein Acai bowl πŸ˜€ I think you should make it for breakfast tomorrow ☺️ DO THIS: add the following to a high power blender: 1x block unsweetened Acai pulp or 1 cup frozen berries, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 frozen banana, 1 Tsp cinnamon, 1 serving vanilla protein, 1 cup almond milk, 1 handful ice cubes, 1 tsp stevia granules, pinch sea salt. Blitz until creamy. Top with berries and granola πŸ˜€
