Obsessed with this veggie one pan 😍😍😍 A must have for your dinner this week!!! Add chopped carrots, sweet potato, red onion and orange segments to a lined baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, season with sea salt and sprinkle over sesame seeds. Roast in a 180°C oven for 25-30 mins, then remove, add a tin of chickpeas (rinsed and drained), kale leaves and sprinkle over cumin with another drizzle of olive oil and sea salt, and return to oven for a further 15 mins, until chickpeas are warm and kale leaves crispy. CINNAMON SWIRL MUFFINS! You guys won’t believe how good these taste - like a healthy cinnamon bun 😍 They so simple to make too - just combine 2 eggs, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 ripe banana, 2 cups almond meal, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional) and 1 tsp cinnamon to a food processor or blender and process until combined. Spoon mixture into lined muffin tin and sprinkle each muffin with cinnamon. Swirl 1 tbsp almond butter through muffins and bake for 30-35 mins in a 180 degrees oven. To make tahini drizzle, combine 2 tbsp tahini with 1 tsp cinnamon and then drizzle over muffins. Perfect for your JSHealth 5pm snack or after dinner treat! 💚 www.jessicasepel.com

You guys loving these easy din ideas 😍 This is my latest Thai Eggplant, Kale and Cauliflower rice. Just chop up eggplant into cubes, drizzle with olive oil and some tamari sauce and roast in 180 degree C oven for 35-40 mins, or until golden and cooked. Meanwhile make the JSHealth cauli rice by sautéing cauliflower rice in a saucepan with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 egg (optional) until cooked. Season with tamari sauce and chili flakes if you like. Top cooked cauli rice with roasted eggplant, crushed cashews and some fresh parsley. Healthy, light and sooo simple 🙏 Recipes on www.jessicasepel.com

Let's be grateful for the bodies we have been given. Let's celebrate the uniqueness of our bodies. Let's stop the comparison to bodies on our social media feeds. Be kind. Give up on perfection - because it actually doesn't exist.
