Did a fun little photoshoot for a good friend of mine and his new energy bar @vibeenergybar . Tried one out and they are legit, and basically work as a pre workout snack. Has 1.5 shots of espresso in it as well πŸ™‚πŸ‘ŒπŸ’ͺ check em out and more cool shots to come!!

Found some trails today 😁πŸ’ͺ took the new OT comps @salmingrunningnorthamerica for a test run today .. love em πŸ‘Œ.. can't wait to really test them in Morzine a month from now πŸ€—πŸ€—

Heading into the weekend like I need to he carried lmao 😁πŸ’ͺ Long week but excited for this weekend .. and crazy excited about the real vacation that starts in 3 weeks ! Europe here we come @qtcandyxo 😊

Start with a run around your block or anything 60-75 seconds of running then:
30 mountain climbers
20 walking lunges
10 burpees
30 air squats
20 back lunges
10 pushups
Finish with a run
Quick transitions from exercise to running is great training for #OCR races.. You could do anywhere from 3-6 rounds of this. Video will be up on @qtcandyxo IG πŸ’ͺπŸ˜‹πŸ˜„

100 pull ups (strict because I cant kip)
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 Mile run
44:40 with a 24 lb vest (a horrible loose vest that made running extremely difficult, I def need to invest in a better one) still pretty happy with the time though..
