Work selfie. Not my most flattering picture but I just wanted to point something out. People have to put in varying degrees of effort to get in shape and be active. I work a maintenance job in a factory and I carry around 10 pounds or more of tools and locks on my belt all day, I walk an average of 50 flights of stairs a day and around 10km just doing my regular job. And then I work out a few times a week on top of that. Oh and did I mention that exercise burns off about 3000 calories a day.

How you have your life set up makes a huge difference in your physical fitness and you have to keep that in mind when you see yourself struggling compared to someone else. Some people have to go much more out of their way and work much harder than others do.
If you don't have a crazy active job like me then find a way to make exercise convenient for you, whatever that is. Convenience makes everything easier. Put your treadmill in front of the tv, park at the back of the parking lot not the front, take the stairs instead of the elevator. You're going somewhere anyway, challenge yourself a bit on the way.
Keep trying, and be consistent. You've got this.
