It’s time to hit the gym and today I have intervals and abs on my workout schedule 💪🏼 looking forward to die a little this lovely Wednesday morning...Wish me luck 😅 here we go! 🏃🏼‍♀️💨

Have you tried #gymgrossisten ‘s protein pancakes mix? 🥞 As you might already know I LOVE pancakes and to be able to eat it without any regrets during the week I often do different kind of protein pancakes with healthy toppings. This mix is rich in protein and super easy to make, it’s srsly took me like 5min cooking these delicious American pancakes! 😋👌🏼 ⠀

For me it’s really important to eat enough with protein during the day to give my muscles the best recovery after a training session. My motivation is srsly on top atm and today’s workout session was great!! You have my exercises here 😃👇🏼 try it out and let me know your thoughts 🍗🍗🍑

Warmup:
Uphill walking on the treadmill. I usually do 10 minutes just to work up a good sweat. 💪🏼💦

Exercise 1:
Superset:
Squats + kick backs (5sets)

- I did 8-12reps squat and increased the weight every set. Standing kick backs leaning forward, focus on activate the glutes. Go heavy!!

Exercise 2: ⠀
Superset:
Standing lunges w barbell + side walk w resistance band (4sets)

- I keep my reps between 10-12 when doing lunges and 10reps (total) in side walk. Make sure you have contact with your muscles during the whole exercise. ⠀

Exercise 3:
Superset:
Leg press + jumping air squats (3 sets) ⠀

- I did 8reps in leg press with pretty heavy weight and then 8reps jumping squats with resistance band between my knees. (This one is a leg killer😝)

Exercise 4: ⠀
Superset:
Standing leg press (chins&pull-ups machine) + donkey kicks ⠀

- Do 10-12reps leg press and focus on putting pressure on your heel —> makes you activate your butt and hamstrings. - Then do 15-20reps kickbacks with focus ‘WORK THAT BOOTY’ ;-) ⠀

Then I always end my workout session with some stretching and foam rolling, to calm down 🧘🏼‍♀️

Good morning Sunday! ⠀
Some morning flex in the mirror before breakie 😄 also I did a fake tan two days ago therefore my tan (yay) I was so pale before I couldn’t handle it anymore 🙄 I’m literally in a better mood when I’m tan haha someone feel me?? 😅 now I’ll eat a really nice breakfast at home and just chill all morning, I’m def worth a Sunday morning doing absolutely nothing at all. Enjoy your day! 💋

Glutes today and the pump (and sweat 💦 lol) is for reeeeal💪🏼🍑 I finally have my motivation back and both today’s and yesterday’s workout sessions was really good😃 I’m beyond happy atm (filled with endorphins haha) 💪🏼🏋🏼‍♀️😍

tb almost one year ago..I miss this so bad😩 I just wanna surf in the sunrise and spend all day on a beach..tanning all day and drink a lot of smoothies sounds more than amazing right know 🏄🏼‍♀️🌞 is that too much to ask? 🙄

Today I actually woke up and felt energized. I’ve been sleeping really bad these last couple of weeks and I can’t even remember the last time I woke up not feeling tired...but maybe my bad habit of sleepless nights are finally coming to an end 🙏🏼 🤞🏼 I ate a super nice breakfast (check it out on my insta story) and now I’ll hit the gym! Let’s work towards our goals 💪🏼👊🏼
