THE ONE

Had the most incredible dinner at The Pig near Bath. Resisted having steak and I'm so glad I did. This pan fried monkfish on a bed of aubergine was so amazing! I love that all the vegetables were grown right there in their gardens (which we ambled around after dinner). The attention to all the fine detail took a good experience to an INCREDIBLE one. If you're ever down near Bath you must go.

Last session of my 8 weeks front squat cycle finished with 3x1 @ 100% of 1RM. Excited to start again next week!

This was my 3rd single at 140kg, and I was feeling f**ked. Hips go on a little dance, but kinda happy with the bar speed, knees didn't explode and I didn't die.

Followed this up with some lovely vanity based bodybuilding > bench and biceps.

Took the gym outside to make use of the beautiful weather

Being outside has loads of health benefits including reducing stress, improving mood, increased vitamin D production, better sleep and of course better tan! Who else has spent extra time outside in this lush weather

Having nearly died at rugby on the weekend, I realised that my fitness is way lacking, and something that needs working on pretty snappy, so workout was: 10 x 2 minutes work 1 minute rest at 70rpm

I may or may not had my laptop set up next to me so I could listen to @mnucert at the same time
