Hitting those shots that arent seen in your mandatories and presenting the best physique you have is what the posing routine is for! Next time your constructing a routine have a think about what poses actually suit your physique, puck maybe 5 POWER poses followed up by another 10 poses you love! Then piece them together and workout how to transition into each pose! I think alot of people dont put together routines properly now is because they have no idea where to start! My first hint. Prep isnt far off now.. ive got the next 7 months or so to put on around 6/7lbs of muscle and lean up for the show. Its gonna be real exciting working with my training partner @sammyaw1984. Going to be bringing something real special πŸ€™πŸΌ

Moving is the key to getting lean.. i feel more over any other variable, movement has the biggest impact, dropping your kcals can only take you so far.. whereas an active lifestyle can take you a long way! @antmartin1234 here for example was a ground worker, his step count was always high and it made getting lean alot easier!

The reason why most are struggling to lose that body fat is you simply aren’t willing to move enough for it, cardio is a necessary evil of getting lean. It has to be done.. so suck it up and get moving

Took the pendulum squat for a spin.. didn’t go with the standard stance, thats why theres fuck all weight on it πŸ˜‚ It was heels off the edge, heels together and dropping down on the toes until your arse hits your heels! So i cut out the boring bits and kept in the good bits πŸ’€ Basically we went to failure at 3 different angles on the leg extensions, at each angle we included some forced reps and some static tension holds also πŸ’ͺ🏼 I love pushing this far now, its like just a given if im training then its going down. I cant stand walking in and just moving weight, i have to take this shit to the extreme!! My legs are definitely responding to! You see at the end if this vid it looks like my quads arent even working since theres no flexion.. but if you havnt tried it, then you dont understand, after everything leading to that but... the burn is ridiculous
