Being in shape is a life style. You have to learn how to cook and prep your meals and enjoy eating it. Learn to enjoy the gym and cardio. I hear people complaining about eating this or that or going to gym. I think the biggest mistake they make is they don't try to put their heart into it and learn how to enjoy it. Once you learn how to enjoy it you will look forward to gym and your meals, it's amazing how our bodies can adopt and you will have more and more energy. Tips for getting most of your back workout:
1. Pull ups is a must for back

2. Use good form and do not rush control the weight (this video has fast motion to fit more footage)
3. When you do rows or pull movements: Pull it from your elbows when you do back and get a good stretch.
4. Always squeeze your shoulder blades together and contract your lats and upper back muscles.

5. Focus on contractions and pump rather than weight, as you grow you be able to add weight form is everything.

I am very fortunate to live in Miami and be able to hit my workouts sometimes on beach!! One of my favorite superset is dips, pull ups and leg raises. I do that with no rest 5 sets each no rest. Tips on getting most of your shoulder workouts:

1. Always use compound press movements.

2. Do exercises to isolate front, rear and side delts.

3. Mix up your workouts sometimes, start with isolation movements and move to compound movements and do opposite.

4. Focus on muscle mind connection and constant tension, never fully lock out to where you lose tension in your shoulder during compound press movements.
