Goal for this week by #coachtwain was to to find a new 8RM for the squat. Managed to squeeze in 200kg x 7. A little bum that I missed the last rep as I hate not hitting goals we set out for. Major bro workout to end todays session. Bicep work with @andrewljm and hit the last set with an amrap. Sometimes goals dont need to be so elaborate and difficult. It can be as simple as trying to get a bigger bicep peak than @mrwoolypants 💪 I'm 💯 sure he is on stuff 😶

Braved the crazy morning train rush to hit Mutant Nation Gym in Shanghai. Solid training place with racks, plates and tonnes of machines. Spent 3 hours like a kid in a candy store using the machines. Also at a decent entry price of 20RMB, this is definitely a recommended gym to hit when in Shanghai. Thanks for the Mutant T-Shirt!
Today was an awesome day. I got to share my love of powerlifting to some really cool people in Shanghai, helped some participants hit new PRs and most importantly wallop some kick ass dumplings! Thank you God!
Had an awesome training session today and then had the chance to try the wonderful Xinjiang food which is traditional Uyghur cuisine. One of the famous dishes is the lamb kebab which alternate meat and fat pieces on the skewer cooked over wood. Thanks to our lovely host @caseykok and @wanjinglaw for introducing this cuisine!
