Next time you're hitting shoulders try this burnout set to absolutely destroy rear delts! Start chest up palms in kicking the dumbbells back at a 45 degree angle keeping your arms straight, do 10-12 reps. Second, lower your chest, palms still facing in, lift the dumbbells straight up to the side. Third, turn the palms in facing behind you, bending the elbows slightly lift the dumbbells in front and back. It will BURN! Do not go heavy! I'm only using 10's and the rear delt activation and pump are insane!

About 14 years ago my father bought a brand new Chevrolet Impala which he immediately fell in love with. Not long after buying it, he was t-boned by a drunk driver that ran a red light totaling the car in the accicent. The driver was a young kid with no insurance. My dad lost the car and soon after his job too. Since then for years he's said while driving an old beat up Chevy with no air conditioning, "if I ever win the lotto I'm getting another Impala". I mean he LOVED that car. I told myself, when I become successful, not if, but WHEN, I'm buying my father that car. Today I was able to give my father, the man I love and admire most in this world, exactly what he's wanted for so long. My hope is that all of you are able to do the same for your parents or someone you love one day. It truly is the best feeling!

Here's an awesome variation for isolation on the chest using the pec dec or fly machine. Instead of sitting straight, position yourself at an angle about 45 degees (not completely sideways) on the machine. This will allow for a great deep stretch, as well as let you bring the weight passed the center of the chest for a great squeeze and HOLD for 1-2 seconds. DO NOT GO SUPER HEAVY! Use a weight you can control while focusing on good quality reps and the squeeze! It's not how much you lift, IT'S HOW WELL YOU LIFT IT! You will love this exercise! BOOM!

Here's one of my favorite back day variations using the ISO lateral pulldown machine which is found in most gyms. Instead of sitting facing forward, turn to the side reaching up to grab the bar with a neutral grip (palms facing in). Pull down really squeezing the lat and hold for a second. Make sure to always control the weight, especially on the negative of the movement up. DO NOT GO SUPERHEAVY. Start light and focus on the SQUEEZE and FORM. It's not how much you lift, IT'S HOW WELL YOU LIFT IT!

ARM DAY #flexfriday πŸ’ͺ🏽
One of my favorite bicep exercises for size and peak to the muscle - standing overhead cable curl. For a little extra tweak to this exercise try turning your wrist in at the top of movement bringing your pinky finger to your ear. This really hits the peak of the bicep. Remember, it's not how much you lift, it's how WELL you lift it! Keep your form and make sure to always control the weight!
