Looking back on Montreal this past week, I just wanted to say how grateful I am to @station16gallery , @muralfestival , and @stlaurentlamain for having me as part of this extraordinary art festival. I realize how vast the world of art is and how very fortunate I am to be in the position I'm in. Thank you to Alexia for being an amazing and patient assistant. Painting sidewalks was a new challenge for me - and painting 8 of them was something I couldn't have done alone within the time restraints I was under. Thanks to @punnygirl and @jasonzmtl for being such gracious and welcoming hosts - for making me feel like family. I haven't slept and ate that well in awhile! Thanks also to the good people of Montreal for all your support, kind words, stopping to chat with me, and interacting with my work. And back home, thanks to my good friends at @jerrysartistoutlet for always being the best, most supportive art store that an artist could hope for. I just feel loved and lucky time and time again. It's nice to acknowledge it sometimes. And now, into Summer we go...
