I’m going to have a bit of an upset rant here. Several weeks ago, I decided that I wanted to order myself some Neon eyeshadow pigments. I did some research and found @myomakeup I placed my order and waited excitedly for them to ship my order. Several days later, they sent me an email stating that they couldn’t process my card, so they had cancelled my order. I sent them another email (cause the money had already come off my card asking why they couldn’t process it as my details were correct, (plus how can you refund money that you apparently don’t have?) and I received no reply. I sent them ANOTHER email asking them HOW I COULD place the order so it wouldn’t be cancelled, AGAIN, no reply. So when the money came back into my account, I tried to place ANOTHER order, ensuring that everything was EXACTLY right. Less than 24 hours later they had cancelled my order again, this time, no email, no explanation, nothing at all to explain why this had happened. I’m super disappointed as I really wanted these items. I ended up ordering the neon pigments from another company who had it processed and sent within 12 hours. So if you are overseas (not in America) and want to order off @myomakeup don’t bother, cause there customer service SUCKS!!!
