September is off to a great start! Honored to be mentioned in an article in @bicyclingmag by Hunter Allen, one of the world's top experts in training with power meters, as a serious cyclist who teaches classes at Peloton by using power and wattage as a metric to give riders the type of ride cyclists want!

This month I started off with a 45min Climb Ride which is designed to help many riders gain strength on the bike. I am also developing a Climb Series that will feature a 20, 30, & 45 min Climb Rides this month leading up to an epic 90 min Climb this Fall!

I LITERALLY WORK MY BUTT OFF FOR MY KIDS. Another Labor Day and another year I am proud of being who I am. I am proud to be a mom. I am proud to be a working mom. Labor Day is meant to recognize the hard work of laborers and the need for some time off. ✨ Today I would like to recognize laborers across the country both young and old. But most of all I would like to recognize all the parents out there that make sacrifices and work endlessly to take care of their families. This includes stay at home parents who perform the “invisible work” of unpaid childcare, dual working households that do what it takes to make sure their kids are provided for, and most of all single working parents who both hold down jobs and perform all the “invisible work” by themselves. Parenting is never an easy job and this Labor Day I applaud all those parents who work tirelessly and endlessly to get the job done! They don’t call it a labor of love for nothing! ❤️
