how will you make an impact?
there are some days where i get up in the morning in an off mood. times where my positive energy isn’t aligned with my mindset. just about 100% of the time that all changes the second my clients walk through the door. the second i remember they are there to let me help them make a difference in their life. whether they’re just waking up (i see you roosters🙌🏼) or coming to see me after a long day at the work — they’re impacting my life just as much as i hope to impact theirs. and that always leaves me feeling so fulfilled in this thing we call life💫

reset + refocus
there are days where even i’ve run out of steam. days where i need that extra push from all of you or someone near me to keep me going. there are even days where i get tired or overwhelmed. whether it’s in the gym or not the one constant thing i’ve learned to do is take a deep breath — inhale and exhale. then reset and refocus.

believe it or not there was a time where i was embarrassed by my arms🤷🏼‍♀️ i hated photos of myself because of my arms. i was self-conscious about how they looked in tank tops and sleeveless dresses. one day i snapped myself out of it and instead of sitting and continuing to wish they looked differently — i began to work on them💪🏼

now not only am i physically stronger but mentally i continue to challenge myself. i’ve been putting in the work and finally starting to see some results. never sell yourself short👊🏼 if you want something put your mind to it and get to work!
