Why not turn pizza into delicious chocolate chip cookie goodness…

Ingredients:
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons cornstarch (aka cornflour)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup (1.5 sticks or 170g) J&J unsalted margarine, softened to room temperature
3/4 cup (150g) packed light or dark brown sugar
1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
1 large egg, at room temperature
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 and 1/4 cup (225g) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Special Equipment:
12-inch pizza pan
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease pizza pan.
Whisk flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt together in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Using a hand mixer, cream the butter and both sugars together on medium speed until smooth, approx. 2 min. Add the egg and beat on high until combined, approx. 1 min. Add the vanilla extract, then mix on high until combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix on low until combined. While still mixing on low add the chocolate chips. Dough will be thick and soft.
Transfer the cookie mixture to the pizza pan and flatten with your fingers or a rubber spatula until the edges reach the sides.
Bake for 22-25 minutes or until lightly browned on top. It's a fall favorite! What better way to enjoy the last weeks of fall than with a delicious pumpkin pie.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 t ground ginger
1/4 t ground cloves
2 large eggs
15 oz pumpkin puree
1 cup J&J Low fat Vanilla Yogurt
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Method:
Preheat oven to 425
Combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in a small bowl
Beat eggs lightly in large bowl
Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture
Gradually stir in yogurt
Pour into pie shell
Bake for 15 min
