Oh hey 👋 I’ve been quiet for a while now but I’m still here! I’ve been focusing on my beautiful family and adjusting to motherhood - and it’s been both an amazing and extremely challenging adjustment!
So here’s a quick update. Training has been inconsistent, meals have been inconsistent...and sleep...definitely inconsistent! It’s taken me longer than I expected to develop a new routine that actually works and I’m still no where near having it all figured out! At times I feel frustrated because I find myself clinging to that ‘all or nothing’ mentality even though rationally I know that makes no sense.
So I’m choosing to focus on my mindset
🔹I’ve missed some workouts, but I’m better off for the ones I have had 🔹 I’ve missed some meals, but the ones I have are nutrient dense and exactly what I need to fuel my busy days 🔹I’m scrambling all day everyday, but I’m getting 💩 done.
Motherhood - exhausting, emotion and full of the best baby snuggles ever - such a crazy, awesome ride.
