95% of my female clients come to me feeling exhausted, fatigued, overtrained, under eating and it just breaks me to see females living like this (if you call it really living)
The Photo on the left was 10 days ago - after years of sitting on broccoli, chicken, kale, egg whites and being scared shitless to even look at a carb, training twice per day 7 days per week - feeling absolute exhausted - even to the point where it became hard to even pick up a dumbbell.

This weapon is now on 3 x the carbs, training has been cut right back and she is enjoying a massive variety - yes even rice,(which she was excited about) and even chocolate on the daily.
Train smarter not harder, fuel your bodies ladies and give them the energy they need to progress, function and feel energetic - we only have one - so why deprive and starve them. Is this something you can do for life ?
