Happy Monday 🤩✨ Currently 15 weeks out and had my check in this morning, we are super happy with where I am 🤗 I’m only 15lbs above last year’s stageweight, which means I can comfortably lose 1lb per week and be on point! Yes I’m a little tanned ⚫️ Was trying to get a pre-tan before I go to Egypt on Friday, mission accomplished I’d say 🤷‍♀️ Cannot wait to get to Egypt and relax by the pool! So the plan for my week away is to just basically make healthy choices and be sensible! I have worked hard to bring my weight down 7lbs the past two weeks and I’m not gonna let a holiday ruin that. Happy #flexfriday 💪🏽 now I cannot get up super early like I’d like to as I work night shifts, but I do set my alarm for 10am, this only give me 5-7 hours sleep which I’m totally not used to, I like my sleep! But I LOVE getting up and going straight to the gym! I get so much more done throughout the day, it puts me in the best mood and my energy levels are sky high! If your busy as hell, get that lift in early, you’ll feel better for it promise! ⠀

I train legs around 3 times per week right now and I have always been very quad dominant but I’m so frickin worried that my hammy and glute tie in won’t be good enough. So we are concentrating on these areas a lot recently!⠀

Wish I could be at the gym today, but coach has ordered 2 rest days per week so imma listen to him 🤷‍♀️ I feel so restless and lost when I’m not in the gym so I have created a power list today and I usually create these everyday. What’s a power list? It’s a list of 5-7 things that you need to accomplish today, this is what will keep you organised, prioritise things you need to do and separate the good from the great.⠀

So someone said to me today...I honestly don’t know how you do it. And it got me thinking...how do I do it?! I guess this week has got me back into routine, when I’m away for long periods of time I struggle with routine because of one reason or another. But I’m back now and totally back into the swing of things! I guess everything I do is a routine:⠀
1️⃣ I set my alarm to wake up the same time every morning (yes even though I don’t work during the day)⠀
2️⃣ I make my bed, open my curtains and catch up on any emails/messages I have⠀
3️⃣ I take my vitamins, eat my meal and drink 1 litre of water⠀
4️⃣ I prepare my meals for the next day⠀
5️⃣ I brush my teeth and shower⠀
6️⃣ I write in my journals and research for my future business opportunity⠀
7️⃣ I eat my meal, drink 1 litre of water and get ready to go to the gym with my already planned out workout⠀
8️⃣ After my workout, I do my cardio, I stretch and I practise posing ⠀
9️⃣ I eat my post workout meal and go home⠀
🔟 I shower and go for a nap until I need to get up to get ready for work, eat again, drink another litre of water, pack my meals and go to work⠀

Basically I would say my routine doesn’t change much from this, rest days I catch up on chores and spend time with friends/family but I have a routine so nothing is missed and nothing goes wrong. No room for error and I make sure the boxes are ticked every single day!⠀
