The big WHY?
Why do I hit the gym daily? Why would I eat so ‘strictly’ when I’m already in good shape? Why do I prefer a plant based diet and be critical about everything I buy in the stores? Why would I have no problem working every second of the day? And, most importantly, how can I do this forever? The answer is simple.
Love. Love for my body, where I take full responsibility for every day. Health is not and will never will be something you can take for granted. Love for planet earth, which is the only planet we’ve got right now.... so we better start taking care of it.
Love for myself, enough to keep improving myself and my situation every day. Love for the current situation, to be satisfied and grateful for everything right now. Love for my friends and family, so much to let them fuel my willpower to continue forever...
Love and freedom - that's the goal. For as long as I'm blessed to walk planet earth - that’s the goal.
