We see all these "perfect" women online and think they have it better. Better bodies, better lives, but we all have our insecurities. The best way I've found to reach my fitness goals is to just focus on myself. We're all different for a reason. Setting REALISTIC fitness goals for myself and my body type is when I started getting the body I wanted. You don't have to be stick skinny, or have a booty πŸ‘to look good. Just be yourself, work hard and the rest will follow. πŸ™ŒπŸΌ @1stphorm

Bali has theeee best energy of anywhere I've ever traveled to. What should I do while I'm here this time? πŸ€”

I was hiking the other day and someone asked me "what are you working out for?". It's so strange that we think we only have to be in shape for a birthday, event etc. My workouts might intensify for these things, but why not always look and feel good? Working out doesn't just improve the way you look, but also your way of thinking and your health. Even two days without a workout I notice my moods change. When I stopped playing catch up, and made fitness apart of my everyday lifestyle it got easy! And it became a fun way to connect with other people. @1stphorm #1stphorm #phamily
