I put on 8kg the past 2 years and couldn’t figure out why! I had such bad water retention and bloating and no matter how much I exercised I couldn’t drop my water weight. So I realized only a month ago that most people get water retention and bloating from a lack of Magnesium or Potassium. I was wondering if I myself lacked in those minerals and decided to buy any ol’ Mag/Pot vitamin from the store. 1 week after consumption, I begun to drop the water 😱 Bear in mind I drink a lot of water so I’m definitely not stripping my body of water to get lighter. I’ve dropped 2kg in retained water so far and I’m feeling much less pudgy! What I’m trying to say here, is that when something is not right with myself, I’m learning to look into what I could be lacking instead of hopping into a yoyo diet (which I’m definitely guilty of). The answer to my problems was simpler than I thought!
