Sometimes it seems impossible and unrealistic to ever have some me-time.. but even just 5 mins in a day is better than nothing! So in Jogjakarta I learnt how to make "jamu" a traditional Asian herbal remedy drink that can help give you healthy skin and just boost your energy and overall well-being! All you need are the following ingredients and just drink it every morning! πŸ˜ŠπŸ™Œ 1) brown rice
2) water
3) turmeric or kencur / ginger
4) Gula Melaka (coconut palm sugar) if you want to add a natural sweetener
