Got a couple of new ones running in the Winter issue of JUMP — pick up a copy for free all over the city!

SO excited to finally be able to share a trio of films we made with Sam from @radiatorhospital in the BEAUTIFUL First Unitarian Side Chapel — both artist and space being ones that I’ve wanted to feature on my series ever since starting it two years ago. Including this one-off piano version of “The Songs You Like,” you can see the whole session as always on @wxpnfm’s The Key!

Some excerpts from my new body of work, “So What? Reflections From Community Organizers In Philadelphia,” that will be hanging at the Painted Bride for the month of November. The opening reception is tonight from 5-8pm, and I would love to see you there.

I’ve always managed to keep “work” and “art” separate, in my dialectic process. Over the course of a half-decade of photographic pursuit, I’ve never once been interested in displaying what I see as menial, documentary processes. But when my friend Belle asked me to help tell the story of three leaders of immigrant communities in our city, I couldn’t say no. These twelve stills — a body of new work called “So What? Reflections From Community Organizers of Philadelphia” will hang at Painted Bride Art Center in Old City during the month of November. I am so delighted and honored to have the lines of “work” and “art” finally running together. The show opens on Friday, with a reception from 5-8pm.

Pouring milk is for suckers.

The Songs You Like are going to come back in style. // Sam in the First Unitarian Side Chapel on Friday night, playing special acoustic (and piano!) tracks for The Key Presents.

God has left this place.
