HOW TO GET BACK ON TRACK AFTER YOUR HOLIDAY.

Here’s what I do to “reset” my body after an indulging Xmas break:
.
1. Five days of low carb eating.
2. Lift weights every day for those 5 days with 15-20mins of HIIT at the end of every workout.
3. Prioritise #sleep - get to bed as early as possible to reduce jet lag. Lack of sleep reduces your motivation to #workout and also signals hormones that cause you to crave sugars.
4. No #alcohol for the rest January.
