Here's a very personal life update, that I need to get off my chest: We're all busy. We all make excuses. Lately, I feel like I've been making too many to myself and I don't like it. I need to put my fitness #1 top priority again. Once I start to feel self-conscious & unmotivated, i instantly go in a emotional downward spiral; I put myself down and I go into hiding. I even start to work out at home instead of hitting the gym hard like I usually would.
I've been struggling with this vicious cycle for years, but it stops now. I know the simple fix to my problem, and it's always been to be consistent with my fitness. I have finally realized in my personal life, that if i don't love my body then I don't love myself 100%. I am a happier, healthier person when I do.
I'm saying this because people are so quick to judge a book by its cover; but we honestly never know what that person is really going through behind a picture and/or video. We're all people, we all go through our own shit. Let's build each other up; never bring each other down. We're all worthy of self-love.
