Soooo it's been a ridiculously long time since I posted. Lots of life changes have taken priority but I really miss the amazing community of people and all the gorgeous photos so I'm going to do my best to contribute again. Special thanks to @callmedalty for checking up on me 😊 In honor of fall, here is a #fromwhereistand which is currently in Indiana as I'm on a work trip. Happy fall ya'al!!

"Best of all Christmas means a spirit of love, a time when the love of God and the love of our fellow men should prevail over all hatred and bitterness, a time when our thoughts and deeds and the spirit of our lives manifest the spirit of God. -George F. McDougall

"Nature looks dead in winter because her life is gathered into her heart. She withers the plant down to the root that she may grow it up again fairer and stronger." Hugh Macmillan

It's been a while since I posted. I've been very busy but I wanted to say Merry Christmas to all of you! I hope you're having a wonderful Holiday Season so far! πŸŽ„πŸŽ

I was part of a vinyl sign making class at work the other day and was sticking the letters we cut out on my fingers. Couldn't help but get a few shots :) Happy weekend friends!

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving yesterday (or a great Thursday if you live outside the US). I had a wonderful day celebrating with my mom and two friends. We went to see a movie and then went out to eat. Now to decorate my Christmas tree!

I haven't posted anything in a while, mostly because its just plain ugly here right now. Most of the trees are bare and everything is brown. I hope it snows soon or I might get desperate for good shots! Oh #oklahoma... P.S. this shot is from last month while I was exploring at Woodward Park.

"Never say there is nothing beautiful in the world anymore. There is always something to make you wonder in the shape of a tree, the trembling of a leaf." -Albert Schweitzer

A lot of my friends are sharing things they are thankful for through Thanksgiving. I'm really inspired by that and have been thinking about all the things in my life that I'm thankful for. One of things is definitely Instagram and all of my friends on here. I so enjoy interacting with all of you and reading your kind comments. My November 3rd "thankful for" entry: my Instagram friends! 😊

Everyone is posting so many great #fall #fromwhereistand shots so I just had to put my two cents in. And added bonus for your viewing pleasure...The debut of my favorite boots πŸ˜‰

A little #avgcampro fun on my way to work this morning... Sometimes my days feel like this, speeding past me in a total blur. I think photography is my way of slowing it down. I can capture a beautiful moment, totally still and frozen in time and visit it anytime I want.

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim
Because it was grassy and wanted wear,
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I marked the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference. -Robert Frost
