I can't do much. My workouts, are short, no longer than half an hour total each day. But I'm doing it; I'll get better and go longer. I'm progressing slowly, but it's still progress and I feel really good about that. I'm almost back to where I started, since I pretty much stopped working out for three months, but it is easier this time. I'll continue adding time onto each workout and I'll get stronger. Just the fact that I am getting off my ass and doing something makes me proud of myself because it's SO much easier not to.
Keep pushing yourself, even if its just to get up and walk around your living room, or office for a few minutes a few times a day. It all adds up. Before I stopped walking, my record was just over 3500 steps in one day. That seems so small compared to everyone else. Today I was able to log in over 6300 mostly by forcing myself to walk around the filing cabinets in my office once an hour for about 3-4 minutes. Boring as hell - yes - But it feels damn good at the end of the day.
