I love those workouts where I just take my time with each set; not rushed, just completely focused on each set, each contraction. Focusing on quality and honoring what my body is capable of doing; what I’ve achieved and how far I’ve come. After losing both parents at a very young age, I understand the importance of proper health and making that a priority.
