I've been so excited for you to receive my JUST ADD WATER tumbler, but we just recently discovered issues with our current shipment of cups from the manufacturer. For those of you that have received your order, you may have seen a noticeable difference in the color and quality of the cup. This is NOT up to our quality standards, and we are currently working with our manufacturer to fix the quality issue as quickly as possible. We will keep you updated as soon as we find out more from our supplier. If you have received one you can hang on to the ugly version and we will send you a bright shiny tumbler soon ✨🙏🏽 I am so grateful for your support by pre-ordering your cup! Since we are delayed due to quality issues, you still have the opportunity to keep your spot on the pre-order list, and we will refund the cost of shipping to you on your order when our replacement cups are ready to ship.
If you want to cancel your current order and reorder once the cups are back in stock, just let us know, and we can get that taken care of for you! To request a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we will get that processed for you. Please allow 1-3 days for the refunds to be processed.
