MY CURRENT TRAINING SPLIT πŸ‘‡πŸΌπŸ‘‡πŸΌ I try to train 4-6 times a week and my workouts range from 40-75 minutes. My primary focus will always be my glutes and delts so i hit them the most frequently! I don’t have a set training plan right now but am thinking about getting back on one of my train like me volumes since I don’t have time to write myself a plan right now πŸ˜…πŸ˜… i 110% train smarter and more efficiently when i go into the gym with a plan but for now i am just doing what feels goood. I’m hitting glutes with every lower body session and will add in hamstrings, quads, and calves on different days. Delts are the primary focus for every upper body day but i’ve also been putting a larger focus on chest and back. arms very rarely get trained but i need to get back on that πŸ™ˆ I try to train abs and obliques at least 3 times a week, usually with lower body days. Trying to get 2-3 cardio sessions in a week right now on the stair master for 10-30 minutes each session! have any training split questions? ask awayyy or email me! train like me volumes and customized plans can be found on my website!
