Today ended my second round of #shaunweek. More than just a trainer, he's an inspirational leader. Today he reminded us that "If you can hold up your body, then you can hold up your life!"🤔
Why?! How?! - Because this move right here is one of the most intimidating. So close to the floor, muscles shaking, sweat dripping, and your mind is giving you all the reasons that you need to just drop, and relax! Your mind is programmed to protect you from what is scary, difficult or uncomfortable. You know, all the moments that lead you to success. You CAN'T EVEN CONTROL IT SOMETIMES. It's automatic.😩
So if you can push past your biggest critic: the one giving you all the reasons you shouldn't, all the reasons you can't, or all the reasons that you're the exception for happiness (YOU) - then you can MENTALLY & PHYSICALLY push through anything.
