Alright guys, I HAVE TO ASK.. Am I the oooonnnlllyyyyyyy one that does this? I've had this belt for going on 5 years. As you can see I'm out of holes. 🀣🀣 today I was reaching for the hole punch to make another hole when someone says "HELL NO! IT'S TIME FOR A NEW BELT!" πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ thoughts? What would you do? #pleasebeonmyside

First thing: for all you selfie pros out there, I commend you. This Shiz is a lot harder then it looks. 🀣🀣
Second: the number represents the month and the progress I've had. I remember thinking back in March "this is the best shape I've ever been in" and as each day went by the small changes, the commitments I've made to myself have led to June where I'm saying "holy hell, I've made some huge progress." πŸ’ͺ
In the last sixty days I've used Hammer & Chisel. I love ❀️❀️ this program. It's a mix of core, strength, cardio, and body sculpting in 1 program. I love love love not having to figure out, "ok what do I need to work today." There is nothing more satisfying then having a plan specifically tailored for you, by world class trainers! And the results, well.. You get results. In that same time frame not only have I gained muscle and loads of confidence but I've also went from 138 (May 1st) to 131 (June 20th) and I have just under a week to finish the program.πŸ™Œ

But each day I felt stronger, healthier, more confident, more vibrant, more youthful, and more excited about the next day that I got to get up and hit play. We are wired to do things that are easy. Things that are comfortable and simple. You can't start when you "feel" like it, because that's never gonna happen. I get up everyday and exercise and everyday I say I don't wanna. The bed is too warm, the moon is still out, just five more friggin minutes. BUT NO! Right then and there I get out of my head and just do it. Exercise and health come down to one simple rule: YOU DON'T HAVE TO FEEL LIKE IT, YOU JUST HAVE TO DO IT!πŸ’ͺ .

Day 43/60: Compound muscle moves are my favsies. They allow me to spend LESS time in the gym and still get the results I want. These two moves will tighten and tone your entire backside 😳

Have you tried Cloud Bread yet. Don't listen to the hype that it tastes gross or it's too hard to make. In a live video today I showed how I took the frustration out of this simple recipe. Today I made chocolate donut and ginger bread cookie flavor πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹. ENJOY!
