Was feeling unmotivated today, key to stay on track and motivated is laughing and having fun. That's why I keep doing what im doing. I love it!

This is EXACTLY what I mean, one day I can wake up looking good and one day I can look pregnant for no reason! Body's change day to day, even minute to minute. If you are having a bad day like on the left, don't give up, skip your workouts and eat crap! Hang in there the results are happening they are just playing hide and seek πŸ™ˆπŸ™‰πŸ™ŠπŸ’.
And yes I just woke up, that's why my hair is crazy 😜

Okay. So this is my reality today in the gym. I'm so stressed today and have PMS belly on top of that, and this is the result. A very bloated painful belly.
So why am I wearing a crop top when my belly looks 5 x the size it usually is? Cuz I'm accepting that this is completely normal, and I'm definitely not the only girl out there with these kind of days.
This doesn't mean I'm less unfit, not should wear a crop top or not enjoy my time in the gym. So today I wore my short top and did my squats just like any other day, tomorrow I might wake up with my small abs again, I might not, I'm still gonna kick ass! πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ’ͺπŸ»βœ…πŸ˜Œ #bloatedbelly #normal

You know that feeling when you get new headphones 🎧 with the sickest sound ever in and you smash an amazing cardio/ab session out, that's how I'm feeling now. AMAZING. I felt like I was in "jellyland" πŸ˜‚ didint hear πŸ‘‚ anything from the outside and was living in my own bubble πŸ‘πŸ» #smashedit .
Oh and I don't know why I'm showing that πŸ‘ when it has nothing todo why today's workout, but it decided to pop out and I thought it looked like a cutie today 😻

2️⃣ hip abductors 4x as many as you can.
3️⃣ kickbacks 4x as many as you can on each leg.

Let's talk about abs, and bloated bellys and everything in between. When I lay down, this is how my tummy looks. I don't have a line in the middle that form those perfect abs. But you know what I have?! A toned healthy belly! .
Some always ask why I don't have a six pack, it's alot todo with genetics. Abs look different on different people. When I stand up, there are more visible divide in the middle. I also occasionally (a lot haha) have a bloated belly. And I love all of my belly the good and the bad side.
