It’s the holiday season which means our performance in the gym could take a major hit if we don’t stay focused..
I just picked up the Primal Pack to try and prevent any decrease in drive or intensity for the season. .
I’ve found that taking a booster works best for me around this time of year. I also have a few tips to make sure that I get the best results from the supplement. I’ll share them with you! —
1. Obviously... EXERCISE! Strength training and High intensity training will increase your testosterone levels.
2. Decrease your sugar intake! Limit it to as little as you can and try to schedule it to pre or post workout.
3. Drink your water. I don’t have any science to back this up but it works for me.
4. Stress! Get rid of that shit. The Conquest HD in the Primal pack really helps me. It’s the holidays, I know it gets stressful so do your best to control it. 👊🏼
5. Get some sleep! This one is a major key 🔑 If you’re struggling here then you could probably benefit from Night T which is also in the Primal Pack. Better sleep=better recovery= better gains.

My most commonly received question (other than how much can you bench😑) is "What are you training for?".
I'm training for life, bro.
Yeah, I want to be big and I want to be strong but there's so much more to it than just muscle.
Work Ethic.
Mental strength.
And most importantly the realization of failure.
I have failed thousands of times since my first day in the weight room, and because of that I am stronger. -
You don't have to be a bodybuilder/powerlifter/athlete to train. Just get your ass in there and go to work. Train to be better than you were yesterday. Train to have a stronger mind. Go train for fucking life.

What are you afraid of?

Not spiders, or snakes.. but like in your life.. what scares you?

I'm afraid of mediocrity.
I'm afraid of becoming comfortable.
I'm afraid of settling.
I'm afraid of regret.
I'm afraid of the unknown.

I get asked all the time why I take a multivitamin. .
Now I could go on and on about the benefits but I'm going to keep it short and simple.. 👌🏽
Here's the secret: I don't eat enough fruits and veggies to get a sufficient amount of micronutrients that I need to perform at my highest level. My multi takes care of that for me. 👏
So, in a less "sciencey" way to say it..
Without my multi I can't be the best. I like to be the best. I take my multi so that I can be the best. Simple right? 👌🏽 .
Don't believe in a multivitamin? That's cool.. I didn't either.. So I challenge you to take a multivitamin for 30 days and tell me that you don't perform better on a daily basis.
