Okay, not quite how it works. Although, the extreme focus is by far my favorite thing about this pre workout. It's easy to find something with a ton of stimulants to wire you up.. but being able to focus along with all that energy is crucial to me. That's why I have chosen this Pre workout consistently for over a year now. No jitters, just constant energy and dialed in focus.

I get asked all the time why I take a multivitamin. .
Now I could go on and on about the benefits but I'm going to keep it short and simple.. πŸ‘ŒπŸ½

Here's the secret: I don't eat enough fruits and veggies to get a sufficient amount of micronutrients that I need to perform at my highest level. My multi takes care of that for me. πŸ‘

So, in a less "sciencey" way to say it..
Without my multi I can't be the best. I like to be the best. I take my multi so that I can be the best. Simple right? πŸ‘ŒπŸ½ .

Don't believe in a multivitamin? That's cool.. I didn't either.. So I challenge you to take a multivitamin for 30 days and tell me that you don't perform better on a daily basis.

Hell no. YOU made those decisions.

Give credit to yourself! Be proud of what you've accomplished but never be satisfied. .

Supplements are great, but they don't define fitness. They're a tool, and if used correctly they can be very beneficial. Remember the foundations: Nutrition and exercise.
