STOP giving all the credit to supplements. .
Let me ask you this.
Did supplements get you up at 5 am to train before work?
Did supplements spend time in the kitchen prepping meals instead of watching TV?
Did supplements make you drink a gallon of water a day.
Hell no. YOU made those decisions.
YOU wanted to become better and
YOU put in the work.
Give credit to yourself! Be proud of what you've accomplished but never be satisfied. .
Supplements are great, but they don't define fitness. They're a tool, and if used correctly they can be very beneficial. Remember the foundations: Nutrition and exercise.
