As we approach 700 days straight of dailies..First piece ever...started posting my drawings before class once every week, I began posting my digital work after this.....It's December 2015, I had always wanted to make "glitch art" after seeing a few forums of people manipulating image files
I had no idea how or where to go to make the so called art I wanted to.
I was on a plane home and started slicing and dicing a photo I had of a roman sculpture. This is my first photo I ever edited for my pursuit of "glitch art"
I had learned photoshop basics from my 5th grade teacher, and I told him I only knew about layers.
Through constant experimentation and hours of screwing around with photoshop I have become what I am.
This was my first piece, isolation on a plane spurred me into this whole thing, I began a journey, and have been on the journey ever since.
I want to thank each and everyone of you for the support. I definitely could not have persevered through the hours, sweat and tears from the past few years without you all.
Now I'm here making my own style. I always thought glitch-art was far too distorted so I envisioned a new type that wasn't so distorted.
Moral of the story : WHEN IT GETS TOUGH, KEEP ON. When you are uncomfortable you are growing. Take notes.
PS : I got some fire coming tomorrow.
