Couldn't sleep so I got up and made some no bake protein bars! I was semi-experimenting off a friends recipe but they turned out pretty good! I'll definitely add more protein next time though. {131 cal, 4g fat, 11g carb, 7g protein} *1 scoop protein (or more) *1 cup oats *2 tbsp peanut butter *1 tsp honey ... Mix all ingredients together and add a little water (but not so much that it becomes mushy like pancake mix). It should be compact enough to roll into balls or make bars. I rolled it into balls and then put them in snack baggies to make a bar shape.πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ’ͺ #khsummerchallenge2

Today (and every day) I'm thankful to have such an amazing and supportive boyfriend. I can't wait for us to be in our own place where we can meal prep and eat healthy and not have any other influences. So ready for the next 5 weeks to fly by!😘😍

Today I'm letting go of negative thoughts! I'm tired of telling myself I'll never get where I want to be. One bad day or bad meal won't ruin me. I've just gotta brush it off and keep pushing. At the end of this 8 week challenge, I may not be exactly where I want to be, but I'll be closer than I was before.
