Tonight I did glutes & hamstrings
🍐 Reverse hack squats heavy superset with weighted jump squats 15 reps minimum X3 🍐 Heavy hip adductors superset with donkey kicks 🍐 Heavy hamstring curls superset with heavy box squats X3
🍐 Heavy sumo squats superset with light straight legged deads (minimum 20 reps)
🍐 Light single leg presses (minimum 15 reps per leg) superset with non weighted jump squats minimum 20 reps

I wont be one of those competitors that stays 5lbs within their stage weight. That is just not maintainable for me to build muscle and to live a happy, balanced life ✌ I will stay 10-15lbs comfortably within stage weight and there is nothing wrong with that πŸ‘€ I get a bigger booty, thicker thighs and by boobs back (hallelujah) --> All of these things come with me filling out my clothes more, not having perfect cut abs, and some cellulite πŸ’ But I actually prefer the #Thicker life for myself. I love having curves and having enough energy to absolutely kill my workouts! SO ladies- do not compare yourself to peak week/ show day bikini girls because for MOST of us that is not the daily, maintainable or healthy ✨ Have a glorious Friday everybodyyyyy

1. I have been a Practical Nurse for 3 years. Graduated when I was 20, I work in several areas including the hospital Med/Surg, Mental Health and Public Heath. I started working on my BSN Degree but have decided to change my career path (not sure to what yet) but I will be going back to university within the next year or two πŸ’‰
2. I have taken a year of University courses including 3 Nutrition courses and a BioChem - I actually know what I'm talking about when it comes to the human body and nutrition 🍎. 3.I absolutely love to travel. I have so far back packed Europe and Guatemala. Also going to Nicaragua for a month this November 🌍
4. I like all types of music from funky, to dubstep to classic rock 🎢 (except country)
5. I have been an artist since I was young. I've sold several paintings and designed tattoos 🎨
6. My family moved plenty of times when I was young, I switched elementary schools five times πŸ“š
7. Dogs are my favorite animal 🐾 Lola is my baby
8. Summer is my favorite season, from swimming, hiking and to music festivals 🌸 #Shambhala in like 2 weeks
9. I don't have a favorite food- I love multiple different foods depending on my mood πŸ’“
10. My goal is to compete in my first pro show next spring and become a sponsored athlete 🌟
