Swipe left ⬅️ for some happiness!!😁 Believing in the process is what will take you far and not only believing in the process you gotta believe in yourself to get you through your journey or you'll give up on yourself too soon. After my fluctuating up and and down and staying rather high for weeks, and no matter how aggravated I God or how upset I got with the number on the scale and maybe not really seen much progress with my measurements I still stayed consistent and I still follow through with everything. This morning I finally hit a new low way in and was not expecting it at all. There will be a vlog on this coming soon, but the point of my message is to not give up on yourself and sell yourself short. I know for most people you think, wow it's just a number, but when you finally break through that plateau that you have been fighting with it feels good so good to know that you didn't do anything drastic or you didn't give up. Thats the little bit of motivation you get that keeps you pushing through your journey and keeps you wanting more. This is my happy face after doing my cardio and abs this morning and just feeling like what I'm doing is actually paying off. If you're at that point in your journey where you want to give up or you feel like what you're doing isn't working just keep going and keep pushing through and I promise you it will calm you just have to believe in yourself. This morning I had an amazing back and bicep workout. Finding that new passion for bodybuilding style training is really helping me kick ass in the gym! 💪🏻 If you hate your training or you hate the healthy foods you eat change it. There is no one way to get fit and be healthy. You have to find that something that you enjoy because that's what will keep you consistent. That's what makes your journey easier and more enjoyable.

Happy Monday Morning frands! So this is my three week update and all I have to say is slow and steady wins the race. No there isn't an epic dramatic change, no my stomach isn't flat yet, no I haven't lost 10lbs, but I'm staying positive, and still believing in the process. After this 4th week I will see where I'm at and make adjustments when needed. Old me would have probably added in a cardio session and cut the calories by at least 200, but new me wants to grow, make progress, and believe that it will happen, but not over night. •Is it aggravating when the scale is at 138.2lbs and not less the then my lowest weight at 137lbs? Hell yeah! •Am I aggravated that my progress isn't more jaw dropping? Yeah of course. •Do I want to skip my rest days and add in cardio or train extra so I can potentially loose more fat faster? It passes through my mind, but I know more is not always better. •I made all of these mistakes the first couple months of this New Year just because of the pressure you get with "New Year, New You" mentality. I kind of lost a grip on everything, (diet and training) always questioning what I'm doing wrong and not making the progress I thought I should be with the absurd amount of cardio and lifting I was doing and the low calories I was eating. You learn from you mistakes and when the light turned on and I realized I'm doing the "fitness thing" wrong I re-evaluated everything and started over. You guys have been there before I'm sure, the whole starting over part. Won't be the last for myself thats for certain. •Keep your head up, follow the plan, and don't get so caught up with the voice in your head.

Happy Sunday Frands! This is my delicious one carb waffles ft. My Kitty Hooman.🐈❤️ This is one of my go to meals because it literally takes like 5mins to make, it hits my sweet tooth, and it's freaking bomb. Topped with bloobs, naners, and sugar free syrup. Woke up today with a new determination, a new motivation. Why? Idk I woke up feeling great, ready to kill my work out, sweat balls in my cardio sesh and leave feeling like I kicked ass and put the work in. Oh yeah that's what happened. I mean progress is kind of stalling, weight ins are staying higher which is aggravating, but I know I didnt gain body fat, my body is just being a butthole, and I feel good. If I were to guess I think my body is slowly leaning out in my arms and my legs, which one isnt the number one place you want it to leave (well in my case), and two, you want to see progress faster than it actually will come so you just have to believe in the process.
Update on my training in a vlog soon to come, but just a little overview. Instead of continuing on with the Charlie Mike app I have decided to reintroduce my beloved bodybuilder style training. So this week we will stay consistent stay the following path that I have been for the last three weeks, and just switching the training over to the bodybuilding style. Then we'll see where I am in my four week check in with myself. #positivity #optimistic

Yep getting that back shot is officially the hardest to photograph. As the back leans out I'm happy to see the muscle I have been working hard for. I would see a lean muscular back on a women is one of my fav attributes. I imagine my wedding dress to have a open back as well, it's just a beautiful feature. I might even get a tattooed quote in the spine, those are always gorgeous. Staying in track out here at the Import Alliance while in surrounded by burgers and beer. All good though I portioned out all my meals and snacks for the day. 👍🏻 Happy Saturday frands!☀️

Happy Friyay frands! This morning workout is fuled by Prolific and I really enjoy the energy and the pump it gives me for my workouts in the morning.
Now it's a new session I am starting to call #gettingrealwithjay
My rants on my struggles or any problems during this cut. So 3 days in a row I woke up in the 139lbs rand and my lowest weight in is 137lbs. Of course anyone cutting for something special is looking for that number to drop every time they step on a scale, but weightloss doesn't work that way and progress is not linear. That has been my downfall before because I would freak out over the scale and cut macros and add cardio. Then the cortisol levels go up even more and my body will start fighting any weightlosss and then it's a reoccurring affect...then energy goes down, training to bleh, and you are a bitch who just needs to chill the cardio and eat a burger. That's the thing with this 12 weeks. I want to be smart with this cut, believe in the process and make sure I go through the list of what to look for when actually knowing if I'm plateauing before I make adjustments. I know I'm holding a lot of water weight because I can feel it #whalelife 🐋🐳 but I'll drink extra water and get some sauna time in hoping I can ring myself out hahaha 💦 Kick but today and believe in the process!
