Happy Sunday Frands! This is my delicious one carb waffles ft. My Kitty Hooman.🐈❤️ This is one of my go to meals because it literally takes like 5mins to make, it hits my sweet tooth, and it's freaking bomb. Topped with bloobs, naners, and sugar free syrup. Woke up today with a new determination, a new motivation. Why? Idk I woke up feeling great, ready to kill my work out, sweat balls in my cardio sesh and leave feeling like I kicked ass and put the work in. Oh yeah that's what happened. I mean progress is kind of stalling, weight ins are staying higher which is aggravating, but I know I didnt gain body fat, my body is just being a butthole, and I feel good. If I were to guess I think my body is slowly leaning out in my arms and my legs, which one isnt the number one place you want it to leave (well in my case), and two, you want to see progress faster than it actually will come so you just have to believe in the process.
Update on my training in a vlog soon to come, but just a little overview. Instead of continuing on with the Charlie Mike app I have decided to reintroduce my beloved bodybuilder style training. So this week we will stay consistent stay the following path that I have been for the last three weeks, and just switching the training over to the bodybuilding style. Then we'll see where I am in my four week check in with myself. #positivity #optimistic
