Week10 day 2. After feedback yesterday from my coach @adamjamesparr today was the first of a 2 day refeed. Oh hell yea loads of extra carbs made today’s push session my best in a good while. Can’t wait till tomorrow’s pull session when these extra carbs are really kicking in.

After 4 weeks of working away from home this little monster is clearly pleased to have me home. Week 9 day 2. Shit I can really see that prep face coming in this evening.
Push session and cardio ✅. Had to get outside as soon as I was done this evening. Was hot as hell in the gym and I push f’ing hard today and was close to 🤮. Week 9 day 1. Getting to that stage now where every meal is like heaven.
After a busy weekend including a trip up Snowdon, legs wasn’t really what I wanted to do today but legs was on the program so legs is what I did. Plus 30 minutes stairmaster and this mince and rice tastes better than steak and chips by miles.

Bit late posting this but yesterday myself @angelacarolpt @123_ljay and a few others thought climbing Snowdon for our cardio was a good idea.
25,000 steps, nearly blown off the side a few time, soaked to the skin and frozen we made it to the top and back down again.
Now that might not sound like the best day but we had a blast. Ok with the weather it wasn’t the easiest thing to do but we all had a fantastic day and a massive hot chocolate with loads of cream and marshmallows was enjoyed by all apart from @angelacarolpt and I who stayed 100% on plan with a black coffee.
