In 2012 i had just barely been 18 and i was pursuing what i thought my future would be in "art& #34; , or film really..little did i know how my life would change.
My dad passed away a few months later and i was asked to take his job as a longshoreman in the los angeles harbor. I said yes because i knew he always wanted me to work on the docks and it was a once in a lifetime opportunity that could be really cool and and set me up for life. Ive been working as a longshoreman for 3 years living simple and saving my money to maybe someday buy a house . Yesterday i closed on this house in long beach and i still cant really believe it. Its an old house and needs alot of work but im so excited. I have to thank God for how much hes blessed me in my life. I miss my dad a ton but i know hes stoked! Yada yada yada thought id share with my friends who dont know yet and killer bbq soon! #roomateswanted #help
