Kick backs ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cable machine reverse lunges
Kneeling hip thrusters ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Kick Stand deadlifts/deadlifts⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Platz squats

Almost didn’t post this, and when I did I almost just deleted it. Just because my face was red as shit after my workout, made me feel insecure which I shouldn’t be. I am happy with my hard work lately. I noticed we never celebrate our wins enough, do more of that! 🎊

STRAIGHT WORK 💧
Best advice that I can give for building your booty muscles is to lift more weight when you goto the gym! 2.5 to 5lbs every 10 full reps that are completed.After you start increasing your weight while you do glute exercises you’ll start to notice⬇️ (PS:Stop neglecting your legs)
•Rounder ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•Tighter ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•lifted ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•More mass ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
•Less cellulite ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Super sets last night with the Adductor machine!
Muscles used ⬇️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Hip flexors ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Glute muscles (hip dip area as well) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
TIP💡Adding a resistance band on your thighs would be a great addition for extra work ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
