Dry brushing 🤨 .

I have been testing out dry brushing before having showers 🚿 for the past month and I’m here to tell you what I think about it 🤓

Ok, so the reason why i decided to start dry brushing in the first place is because I started noticing my skin getting dull, my legs started showing veins and my bum started showing cellulite 😳
.
.
I heard years ago that dry brushing was the best cure for cellulite and so I was immediately sold 😜 I got one for £14 from @bootsuk and I couldn’t be happier with the result!! .
.
My big veins on my legs started disappearing, i could see the difference it’s making to my skin overall such as removing dead skin and impurities. I would very much recommend dry brushing to anyone! It’s changing the way my skin looks and feels 👌🏻

Anti Inflammation foods 🥦vs Inflammation foods 🍞

I use my lunch hour at work to learn about new things. I’m all about that nerd 🤓 life!
So today I did some research on inflammation foods and anti inflammation foods. .
.
For somebody who has quite a sensitive gut I have to watch what I eat most of the time and find alternatives where I can to my favourite foods that are high in refined carbs because your girl is a chocolate and biscuit ADDICT 😂 NOT exaggerating even slightly🙈
.
.
I was quite pleasantly surprised that my main meals normally consist of anti inflammation foods such as green leafs, fatty fish such as salmon and veggies 🍅 HOWEVER my refined carbs intake is quite frankly ridiculous 😋 .
.
I would love to know if you have any good alternatives for somebody like me who clearly has a sweet tooth?

Yesterday morning the last thing I wanted was to workout so instead of doing something hard core cardio I opted for stretch and toning exercises 😊

Too busy to make your own lunch? .

I’ve been there so many times myself when I ‘thought’ I didn’t have the time and energy to make own delicious home cooked lunch! So.. how did I change my mindset? .
.
I’m afraid there is no magic tool that I use to do it. I just do it 😂 However the first thing I noticed when I used to buy lunch day in and day out are my finances, it turned out I was spending over £50 a month on food that I could cook myself!!! Another thing I noticed was how I was feeling. I felt bloated, my skin was breaking out and I started putting on weight. .
.
Putting on weight was the moment I knew that I had to change my ways and so I decided to work on this. I find that if I do it the moment I get home from work then Yippy! I’ll have home cooked deliciousness waiting for me the next day BUT if I leave it until the morning , I might as well just order a take away straight away! .

The month of January is ALMOST over! Haliluya 😂 not gonna lie I think it should be day 209 rather than 29 🤪 but I know a lot of people feel this way but does that mean that we feel like we had an eternity to turn our life around if that’s our goal? .
.
My goal this month was to be consistent with my content here on Instagram so that I can find like minded people, hopefully inspire some of you and maybe even connect with people on a more personal level. It feels AMAZING for me to say that I stuck to my word because with a full time job, family time, friends gatherings can make it very difficult for me to keep on track. Posting continuous content was one of my goals. .

My Sunday Breakfast .

The only thing that’s missing is my decaf coffee with almond milk 🤤 I love weekends not only because I can relax and catch up on my sleep 😴 but it also means that I can take my time with breakfast. .
.
This morning I had: 😋 plain porridge on water 😋 blueberries and raspberries 😋 dry fruits 😋 flaxseed mix 😋 a pinch ground cinnamon .
.
Is your breakfast different from your week day breakfast? Mine looks a lot less pretty than on here 😂

Isn’t it annoying when people think they know it ALL, actually know f*** ALL 😂 and you work with that person 🙈

I read somewhere today that don’t revenge to nasty people just be happy and they simply won’t get over it. ( translated it from Russian so hopefully you understand what I’m trying to say here ❤️) .
