Kristina has had problems with her back for most of her life, often leaving her completely debilitated. ☹
When she first started training with me in 2016, this was still the case. At least once a month on average, Kristina's back would play up and cause her excruciating pain, leaving her unable to live her best life.
For the first few months we took baby steps to work around the injury and Kristina gradually became slightly stronger every week, progressing to more challenging exercises as her back allowed.
Fast forward to now, and she's squatting 50kg with ease, her back is stronger than ever and pain free! As a result of LOTS of coaching and practice, her technique is near perfect and she's developed muscles to give her strength, support her joints and protect her from injury! 🤗
As a coach, I couldn't be prouder of how far Kristina has come, and the hard yards she continues to put in every week.
