5x3x90@8.5 paused bench. Hope I can get to 5x100 next month.

When a planned for 5x5x92.5 @7.5 turns into a 4x4@πŸ˜’ because of lower back problems since last friday.. made the best out of the situation and followed it up by 6x5x70 paused fronts and 6x8-10 on the glute ham raise.

Today's topset on squats with 2x105 @8.5.

Just me chill'n around with triples with 85 kg as if it was air 😎πŸ’ͺ Got in a pretty intense upper body session this morning. The progress on hammerstrength rows is insane btw. Did 3x8x81.25 each side today and still room for more weight πŸ˜ƒ. But I will have a problem once I hit those 100kg each side, cause then there is no more space..πŸ˜’ Man, somehow I start to love those morning sessions again πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ Make it happen peeps! πŸ‘Œ

Failure is part of the game.i failed many times in life. I have come to a point where I appreciate failure! Failure is nothing but the opportunity to grow even more! Really, keep that in mind and nothing in life will go against you!
As for the training. I planned to sqt 5x97.5 followed by 3x5x90. I only got 4x97.5 as you see. Soo dear 100 sqt, sorry I have been 4 years late, now I am finally touching you! Tell your bro 200 to wait for me a bit longer πŸ˜‰πŸ˜….

Some of the other stuff I do for legs. 3x8 romanian dl with 95 kg supersetted with bodyweight glute ham raises πŸ‘Œ. Before that highbar squats 6x90, 5x90, 5x85 and front 5 sets of 3x70 3ct paused. In between sets I do some bodyweight calf raises, alternating between single leg and using both legs. Keeping it really simple to hopefully soon reach a 140 kg squat πŸ˜ƒ

Watch out! This was actually a set of 5x90 @7, even though you would have thought, judging just wrt to the bar speed, that no or maybe one rep where possible after that rep.. so don't give too much shit on bar speed! Now for the volume stuff πŸ˜…

When a restday turns into a 3 rep pr with 100 kg. Tried 110 kg before but failed it (2nd video). I really love hyped up pr'ing with a friend from time to time, it is so much fun! 5x5x85 squats from 3 days ago. Here you see how much technique really matters! I have really no clue what happened in that 4th rep but I somehow knew there was much more in there so I went for the 5th rep. See how smooth that was (and felt!), probably 2 reps in reserve even.

First time trying to make use of leg drive yesterday. It felt easier but ofc I need to practice it a lot now! I did 4x5x80 paused.
