3 sets of 8 last week with a little help in sets 2 and 3. Still gaining strength whilst being in a deficit. 3 reps up from the week before.
#
This week I’m going to go for 4 sets of 6 and try get all the reps myself before upping anything.
#
Progressive overload doesn’t just mean up sets,reps,weight when hit. Form must also remain the same i.e un spotted reps.
#
4 sets of 10 is definitely a goal for the future 💪

Jack was completely new to weights when he came to me and was carrying a little body fat.

Over a year down the line and the results are incredible.
