It’s your inner circle that you create, who are loyal to you and respect you. These are the people that will show up in the desperate times.
These people will tell you the truth even when you don’t like it, but you will respect them for confronting you.

To me this picture means a lot. This picture shows me where I originally came from and makes me more aware and grateful for where I am now. My parents came here as immigrants and wanted to create a great life and opportunity for us. They did and I am grateful everyday for that.

I haven’t posted in ages, because my goals and priorities changed and I had to focus on my vision for a bit.

I want to begin with thanking this legend @kostafitness for being the first one to record a hyper lapse of him doing “THE SETUP”. My goal by the end of this year is to have a 100 people in a video doing this. ❤️

I started doing this because I wanted to be more accountable day by day and to improve the weakness of staying on track while being accountable. I also want to help as many people feel more confident within themselves by winning day after day.

Accountability is the obligation of an individual to account for their activities, accept responsibility for them, and to disclose the results in a transparent manner... This means you can not complain for the results you’re getting because of the actions you made. “THE SETUP” will show you how many days you Won or Lost by staying honest and accountable to your tasks.

If you want to change your life, win on the daily because small wins will add up to big ones and eventually you will look back and see that you have been winning for months and years. Remember, daily actions ignites the momentum that creates lasting change. All you need is to commit to positive change.

Upper Body deload got me bad! Didn’t expect that 80KGs would feel heavy for 12 reps, but it did!

After two weeks off - Moving to Dubai for internship and getting used to the new environment of work and the hot weather 😰🤦🏼‍♂️, we are back to training at last!

It has been a huge comeback. I started 4 months ago with @tangsworld_ and we made it to this point.

After my prolapsed L4/L5 disc, doctors told me you wouldn’t lift ever again. They told me to stay away from deadlifts specially and I didn’t let it get to me, because you can only achieve what you set your mind to. If you want get anything in life, you go fucking get it, no matter what it takes.
