Roughly 290kg/639lbs for a 3x1 today. (2nd rep/55 lb bar) my shoulder mobility sucks and it messes up my rack position on my squat, so I got thrown off slightly at the bottom. Followed up with a 7x3 on bench with 345 and some accessories.

661 for a 2x1. (2nd single)Was supposed to be 650 but I forgot to take in account I was using a squat bar which is 55lbs. So I never added the extra 10lb into my calculations. πŸ˜…πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ I strongly dislike kilos.
Convert the 275kg to lbs. =606.271+55lbs= 661.271. πŸ§πŸ€“πŸ˜…this is the math I wrote down to figure out I went 10lbs to heavy. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚))

Took some advice from a couple buddies of mine. And switch back to flats. Most likely going to compete in them. My depth is just better in heels. 865x1 before I attempted 924. I only used straps because my hands were tore up from last week. Did my warmups up until 705 without straps then used then used them.
