So i did doubles all the way up working up to a top set @RPE 8-9 starting with 705x2 ,749x2, 793x2, 837x2 then my top set followed by a 5x2 with 705. I used straps for everything 749 and over to save my hands from more torture πŸ’€. also did some SSB squats and bench.

Top set with 260kg/ 573lb x2. Did ascending sets since I had a 9x2. So before this I did 220kg x2, 235kg x2, 250kg x2, then my top set with 260kg. Followed by a 5x2 with 237.5kg. Sorry I was hiding behind the squat rack πŸ˜…

Also did some stiff legs deads and pendlay rows. Squats are feeling better in these low top flats. Might need to buy a new pair though.
