17.1-- 150 dumbbell snatches and 75 burpee box jump overs. This video is 1/2 workout 1/2 me trying to get off the floor after😂😂😂. My time was 19:54, but whatever I'm just happy to have finished under the 20min time cap! I know there's no way I would have been able to finish this workout a year ago. Thanks for coaching me, @hammerito! ❤😅
