2017 has been a very long year.
In January, I went on my first independent self financed vacation.
In February, I challenged myself to be the best I could be physically and mentally.
In March, I forced myself to meet that standard I set in February.
In April, my best friend that I met in high school proved himself to be my brother. I also found 18 more and a second family. While challenging myself, I also ended something dear to me that had lasted a year and half and I’ve learned so much from it.
In May, I started to bond with two of the most influential people in my life. For the 8 months they’ve been in my inner circle, they’ve been like a mother and father to me and have taught me so much. They’ve helped me grow so much as a person and I’m so thankful for them.
In June, I began getting back on track in the gym. I also began talking to someone endearing.
In July, I remained progressing in the gym while letting myself become more fond of the person I met in June.
In August, I continued to enjoy the young upbeat degenerate life that I had habitually practiced since summer. I also put the person who I grew fond of recently, behind me.
In September, I went to my first music festival. As school began to resume, I slowly got back into the groove of things.
In October, I met and spent a lot of time with a few great people. Halloween was well celebrated. I also reconnected with someone extremely dear to me that I had not spoken to for 4 years.
In November, I continued to road trip to other schools, just like I had been for the last 7 months. I also began to rebuild the bridge I had destroyed with that special someone I reconnected with in October. That person’s name is Kryptonite.
In December, Illenium, Nghtmre, and Yellowclaw. Need I say more? No but of course, those events could not have been so incredible without equally incredible company!
All year long, I’ve met so many new people that really have made my life so much brighter and each one of you who I met this year, you know who you are (There’s too many to name specifically). Thank you for being a part of my life. 2017 has been one of the most impactful years of my life. Let’s see what 2018 holds. Cheers! 🍻
