How is everyone's Tuesday? I did an early workout today and it felt so good. Now I'm enjoying a delicious grapefruit & blood orange salad with candied salmon and honey lime vinaigrette 😍this is a salad I keep going back to and making again and again numerous times (with small changes here and there). Can't get enough. Stay tuned for Thursday's recipe! Here's a hint: it's packed with protein, then folded up into a roll of yum. :)

What are your go-to toast toppers? I LOVE using natural peanut butter and piling on fresh berries, it tastes like an adult pb&j! My other faves: dates, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hemp hearts & honey β€οΈπŸ‘πŸ»

Yesterday's fun, healthy eating tip! #oats and why they're good for you, ft. my jar of overnight oats layered with: ancient grain oats, cinnamon, dates, walnuts, blueberries and maple syrup! And drenched with almond milk before going in the fridge for the night 😍❀️ always a good idea for a rushed morning or early work shift to grab & go but still have a nice, filling breakfast that'll keep you full for a while!

Here I go, turning everything into a craft again. But I decided to start a "did you know" board, where I write facts about things I'm eating to inspire me to keep eating healthy! I knew all these thrifted chalkboards would come in handy some day πŸ˜‰
