It’s kickball season and we won both games !! Kickball is a stress reliever for me and allows me to stay active!! You are only old as you think it’s women 40 plus playing my mom is 48 and plays!! We got to get back to the simple things in life!!!

When @jaelthegreat walked into @hxfitness yesterday my heart almost dropped !! I started following her when her speech she gave to her class at Spelman went viral and just loved everything about her and what she stand for as a woman , an educated black woman ! 😩🙌🏽🙌🏽 I finally worked up the nerves to ask for a picture today !!! She is beyond real , humble and down to earth !

Biggest investment is your health. To answer some of y’all dm:
1.No I don’t take any kind of supplements (not saying I want I just never have).
2.I don’t preworkout so I can’t really give a recommendation I drink energy drinks or coffee.
3.So one asked do I take protein I haven’t had protein in months ran out and just haven’t gotten around to getting more. But I like the Walmart brand vegan friendly.
4.No I’m not doing a show . I don’t think they are for me 🤷🏽‍♀️.
5. Why do I have a trainer- many reasons : accountability, to get better, gain knowledge everybody have different styles .
6. Can’t recommend a Fat burner because never took them
7.Yes I drink my tea I wouldn’t promote anything I don’t use.
8.How many times a day I eat- well my meal plan has 7 meals but I def eat at least 5.
