It's quite visible... The picture at the right is of 18 sep 2015 (musclemania) where the body fat was 8% with good conditioning & the picture at the left is of 10 October 2015 (bodypower expo Ahmedabad auditions) right after the 22 days of musclemania and the fat% is 13.
Now this is how u can ruin your conditioning post contest by not doing cardio and treating yourself everyday after winning the contest.. :P
so today we learned how to ruin your conditioning in 22 days. Lol
Now time to get myself again on track...
PS Giving audition was an end time decision and still placed 1st.

Learning and practicing the poses required for a fitness or figure contest is one of the most important aspects of competition preparation.

In any Fitness model contest, athletes are required to learn the mandatory poses, of which there are four, also known as quarter turns. Athletes also need to have an individual presentation prepared for their individual introduction. Unless you've competed in a number of shows already, it's impossible to know and to properly display what the organization's judges are looking for. As in India you will hardly find a better judges in such contest.
As part of your contest prep, I recommend practicing your posing starting 4-6 weeks out from the show at least twice a week for 15 minutes. The closer to the day of the show, the more you should be practicing.
If you can, get someone to take pictures and/or videos of your poses so you can critique them and change them as necessary. Another great option is to ask a seasoned competitor to assess your posing, if you know one in your area that can help you.
